The XR Revolution Continues: Hands-On with Cohort 2
The energy is palpable at UniPod Malawi as our Extended Reality (XR) training picks up speed! Following a high-octane kickoff, we are officially in motion, transforming curious learners into creators of the digital frontier.

Yesterday, March 28, 2026, our first group of pioneers took a deep dive into the core concepts of VR, AR, and MR. The highlight? Getting hands-on with Blender for 3D asset development. Participants didn't just talk about the "metaverse"—they started building the pieces of it.

Doubling the Momentum: Enter Cohort 2
Today, the journey continues! We are thrilled to welcome Cohort 2 into the immersive world of XR. By mirroring the hands-on, interactive structure of our opening session, we are ensuring that more innovators have the tools to:

Master 3D Modeling: Understanding how digital assets are birthed in Blender.

Spatial Awareness: Learning how these assets interact within a 360-degree immersive environment.

Bridge the Gap: Connecting theoretical XR concepts with practical, industry-standard skills.

A Culture of Creativity
What stands out most isn't just the software—it’s the enthusiasm. From the first polygon created to the complex discussions on immersive UX, the curiosity displayed by these participants is what makes this training truly impactful. We aren't just teaching a technical skill; we are fostering a community of Malawian creators who will define how we experience reality in the years to come.

"The transition from an idea to a 3D asset is where the magic of XR begins. Seeing two cohorts embrace this challenge simultaneously is a testament to the talent waiting to be unlocked."

The Journey Ahead
As both cohorts progress, the focus shifts from "how it works" to "what can we build?" We are on the edge of our seats waiting to see the unique virtual worlds and augmented solutions these participants will dream up next.

A massive thank you to UniPod Malawi for providing the space where hardware, software, and imagination collide.
